Please make your own travel arrangements for the days before and after the tour. On request, the UDT team can provide advice or assistance with arranging flights.

Participants must have a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place before leaving for the tour. Particular attention should be paid to cover for items such as medical/dental, personal effects, and cancellations.

Official dates for the Goodwood Festival of Speed are yet to be confirmed and may be subject to change. Any changes to third-party events are outside of our control. If official dates are released or changed after your booking, our Travel Concierge will contact you within 7 days of us becoming aware of such changes.

It's important to note that product descriptions and amenities may undergo changes after booking due to the advanced preparation of our marketing materials. The provided itineraries and routes serve as a general guidance, and your final itinerary will contain any updated information. Consequently, some amenities or paths described may be unavailable or differ from the initial advertisements. Rest assured, if there are significant or prolonged changes, we will make every effort to notify you well in advance of your departure. Your experience is our priority, and we strive to keep you informed throughout your journey.
